You've come a Long way, baby

We've got 2 snotty noses and a fever at our house.

Larkin has had a runny nose for, well, forever it seems. She was in a fine mood (for the most part) this weekend, though, and didn't have a fever.

Layne became a little snotty over the weekend and the nurse at her pediatrician's office said it sounds like a cold and to come in tomorrow if she wasn't eating or sleeping well or if cruddy stuff started coming out of the corner of her eyes.

Yuck, we had some cruddy stuff.

Then Larkin came home from school around lunchtime with a fever. She slept for hours this afternoon and seemed to feel a little better when she woke up, although her fever isn't gone yet. So she'll be staying home from school again tomorrow.
