While we were in Houston, Larkin got to see her great-grandparents. First we visited Great-Granddaddy and then we visited G.G.
At Great-Granddaddy's house
Larkin had fun crawling and taking steps around Great-Granddaddy's house, especially playing with the chess pieces that all the Goldstein grandkids have been playing with for years and years.
Her great-aunt and -uncle Robbie and Steve came over too, and we all enjoyed breakfast. Larkin loved her cantaloupe.
Here Larkin is holding a picture of her grandmother Sharon - taken when my mom was the same age Larkin is now! Very special.
At G.G.'s house
Larkin had a bottle before we went downstairs to have lunch, and all of G.G.'s friends and neighbors stopped by our table to smile and wave at Larkin in her high chair. She ate more cantaloupe along with some other fruit and her chicken and stars.
When we went back upstairs to G.G.'s apartment Larkin crawled and took some more steps around until she found herself behind the window curtain, and then the fun began. Peek-a-boo!
