Maybe it's the entire loaf of crusty bread I just ate at happy hour at Vespaio with my friends, but my stomach is totally sticking out more than it was a few days ago.

If I didn't know I was pregnant and I saw myself walking down the hall, I would definitely say to myself and probably someone else, "I think Jen is pregnant."

Can everyone tell?

Thankfully my doctor's appointment is tomorrow and after that I can tell work officially that I'm pregnant and then it doesn't have to be a secret anymore.
