Today Layne stayed home from school because we think she has strep and needed the antibiotics to kick in.
Matt kept her in the morning and I came home midday to keep her in the afternoon.
He sent me this email after I'd left to take Larkin to school, and I thought it was cute:
A few things:
- A few minutes ago Layne fell down on her stomach and started bawling. When I said what’s wrong, she said “Mommy and Larkin!”
- A few minutes later, I heard her running around yelling “I did it!”
- Now she is standing in front of TV yelling “Oh Toodles!” every time Mickey says it.
She's sure not acting sick.
